Ordering Online with us is safe and secure! We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.

A note about the Fair Credit Billing Act. Under this act, your bank limits your total loss and cannot hold you liable for more than fifty dollars of reported fraudulent charges. In the event your card has been used in a fraudulent manner, you must notify your bank or card issuer immediately and in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Return/Refund Policy

Since osCommerce Templates.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods and services we do not issue refunds after the product has been downloaded and/or installed. You are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any web design service, template or template installation from osCommerce Templates.com.

We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned. That specifically refers to an incorrect download link being sent to a customer, in which case we will gladly rectify the situation by sending the correct link. The deadline for any exchange is 24 hours after the delivery date. The exchange is issued to you after we receive a Waiver of Copyright signed by you. This is a required condition.We do not under any circumstances issue refunds for our installation service.

This is non-refundable since it is not returnable. You are responsible for understanding this before you complete your purchase of our installation service.

Most of our templates include the CRE Loaded V6** osCommerce version for your convenience. You may choose to use these scripts with your installation or you can choose to download your own copy of CRE Loaded V6 and then simply install our template into your store. When you purchase an osCommerce Template from us you are purchasing the graphics used in the template and not the osCommerce shopping cart scripts. We recommend that you download a copy of CRE Loaded from creloaded.com and then install our template. If you choose to use the CRE Loaded version that we have included we offer no warranty or refunds for the scripts and are not part of the template you purchased from us.

Template Downloads

All orders are manually reviewed by our Fraud Detection Department before being approved.

After payment information has been approved which could take up to 24 hours EST, you will receive an email from osCommerce Templates.com with the instructions on how to download your osCommerce Template. You are allowed two downloads within 24 hours of purchase.

If the above download procedure has not been successful for you, please contact us and the template will be sent to you via email. There may be up to a 24 hour delay in receiving your template during the business week, and 48 hours on weekends.

CRE Loaded 6x is an open source e-commerce solution under on going development by the open source community. Its feature packed out-of-the-box installation allows store owners to setup, run, and maintain their online stores with minimum effort and with no costs involved.

CRE Loaded 6xx combines open source solutions to provide a free and open development platform, which includes the powerful PHP web scripting language, the stable Apache web server, and the fast MySQL database server.

CRE Loaded 6x can be installed on most PHP3 or PHP4 and mySQL4 enabled web servers, on most environments that PHP and MySQL 4 supports, which includes Linux, Solaris and BSD environments.  Currently mySQL5 is not supported.

CRE Loaded software consists of web scripts, the performance of which is highly dependent on and controllable by a hosts server settings. This poses difficulties which make it impossible for osCommerceTemplates.com to warrant the performance of our software on any given server.

We do not offer refunds of any kind because your server requirements prevent us from successfully installing your new template.  Please be sure to check with your hosting company to see if your server fully supports the CRE Loaded scripts.  If we attempt your installation and cannot complete it because of server issues we will send you the template as a download link only.  You will still be charged for the installation service in this situation.   

If you have problems with our software you may seek support at the forums on our forums, the oscommerce.com forums or the creloaded.com forums. You may seek assistance from your hosting companies technical support department. You may hire, at your own expense, a programmer to adjust the software to work with your server. You may switch hosting services to any hosting company of your choice which supports osCommerce hosting in general, or CRE Loaded in particular. We recommend Level Ten Web Hosting as a Certified Web Hosting Company.

Some products are intended for re branding and resale by web professionals. Such products are distributed in compliance with the copyright policy of the osCommerce project. No refunds will be tendered for inclusion of required copyright notices.
